Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |

Grade A, and why
container-manager-gitops-persist scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 58 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Persist a Kubernetes change to services/
Rule: every Kubernetes setting lives in services/<name>/k8s/*.yaml and is applied from
there. A live-only change is unfinished work. Two paths, same end state.
Path A: manifest first (preferred)
- Read the current manifest from the services repository (git connector file read, for
example
gitlab_get_repository_fileon project<group>/services/<name>, pathk8s/manifests.yaml). - Edit the YAML locally in your reasoning; keep comments and unrelated objects.
k8s_diff_manifest(manifest_yaml=<edited>): every changed object reportsdrift=truewith the JSONpathsthat will change. Confirm they are exactly the intended fields.- Commit the edited file to the repository's default branch
(
gitlab_create_commitwith oneupdateaction, messagedeploy(<name>): <what and why>). k8s_apply_manifest(manifest_yaml=<committed>)(server-side apply, field managercontainer-manager-mcp).- For workloads, poll
k8s_rollout_statusuntilcomplete=true. k8s_diff_manifest(manifest_yaml=<committed>)must returndrift=falsefor every document. Report the commit id.
Path B: urgent live change, persisted straight after
- Make the change:
k8s_patch_resource,k8s_scale_deployment,k8s_rollout_restart(a restart stampsrestartedAt, which is not persisted) ork8s_apply_manifest. k8s_export_manifest(api_version, kind, name, namespace)returnsmanifest_yamlwith status, managed fields, ids and rollout bookkeeping removed.- Replace that object's document in
services/<name>/k8s/<file>.yamlwith the export (keep the file's other documents and header comments), commit as in A.4. k8s_diff_manifeston the committed file:drift=false.
Refusals and edge cases
k8s_export_manifestrefuses aSecret: values belong in OpenBao. Persist theExternalSecretinstead and write the value with the secret-vault skill.drift=truewithlive=absent: the manifest declares an object that is not deployed; apply it or remove it from the manifest, never leave it.- Cluster-wide objects (ClusterRole, StorageClass, CRDs) still belong to the services repository of the component that owns them.
- Never
git add -A; one logical change per commit.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

container-manager-gitops-persist is a skill published in the GitHub repository Knuckles-Team/container-manager-mcp (6 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 146 tokens to every session and 797 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-07.
