Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00068 | $0.02630 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00027 | $0.01052 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00526 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00263 |
Grade A, and why
ui-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 142 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
UI review
A UI review from model memory drifts: it invents rules, skips the rendered page, and gives no severity, so the user cannot tell a blocker from a taste note. A review that fetches its rules from a live URL changes between runs. This skill fixes both. The rules are local, each one cites a specification or vendor documentation read on a pinned date, and every finding carries a rule id, a severity and a fix. A static pass reads the code. A rendered pass looks at the page, because contrast, focus order, reflow and layout shift only show up there.
Scope
| Use this skill for | Use something else for |
|---|---|
| Reviewing existing UI code, a component, a diff, or a live page | Designing or restyling a page: frontend-design |
| Reporting problems with evidence and severity | ARIA widget patterns, screen reader testing, full WCAG audits: accessibility |
| Gating a UI change before merge | Easing, timing and choreography of animation: motion-design |
The rules cover eleven areas. Ids are stable and live in references/rules.md.
| Area | Ids | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Focus and keyboard | FK-01 to FK-08 | Native controls, roles, focus ring, obscured focus, tab order, modals, skip links, drag alternatives |
| Forms | FM-01 to FM-09 | Labels, placeholders, autocomplete, input types, error text and announcement, paste, instructions |
| Motion | MO-01 to MO-04 | Reduced motion, autoplay, flashing, layout-property animation |
| Typography | TY-01 to TY-06 | Zoom, 200 percent resize, reflow, text spacing, line length, font loading |
| Images | IM-01 to IM-04 | Alt text, decorative images, dimensions, lazy loading |
| Contrast and dark mode | CD-01 to CD-06 | Text and component contrast, color alone, color-scheme, dark parity, forced colors |
| Touch targets | TT-01 to TT-03 | 24px minimum, spacing, larger targets on touch screens |
| i18n and RTL | IR-01 to IR-06 | lang, dir, logical CSS, Intl, text expansion, translate |
| States | ST-01 to ST-04 | Loading, error, empty, pending |
| Layout shift | PF-01 to PF-03 | Reserved space, injected content, measured CLS |
| Hydration | HY-01 to HY-05 | Server and client render match, nesting, dates, suppression |
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ui-review is a skill published in the GitHub repository krzysztofsurdy/code-virtuoso (36 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 68 tokens to every session and 2,630 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-23.
