agent-bridge-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/bmad-code-review/SKILL.md

bmad-code-review is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from lailai258/agent-bridge-mcp. It costs 50 tokens per session (903 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of bmad-code-review, MIT.

A structured process for finding problems in code changes through several adversarial review passes. It checks for overlooked issues, edge cases, and whether the changes meet their acceptance requirements.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review a pull request or other code changes, find edge-case bugs, check requirements, and sort findings by what should be fixed.
Why use it?
A single code review can miss defects or focus on style instead of behavior. This process organizes findings into actionable categories and reduces unhelpful review noise.

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: mentions CLAUDE.md; installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents).

This is lailai258/agent-bridge-mcp's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on agent-bridge-mcp itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything agent-bridge-mcp configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00050 $0.00903
Opus 5 $0.00025 $0.00451
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00181
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00090

Security

Grade A, and why

bmad-code-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Code Review Workflow

Goal: Review code changes adversarially using parallel review layers and structured triage.

Your Role: You are an elite code reviewer. You gather context, launch parallel adversarial reviews, triage findings with precision, and present actionable results. No noise, no filler.

Conventions

  • Bare paths (e.g. checklist.md) resolve from the skill root.
  • {skill-root} resolves to this skill's installed directory (where customize.toml lives).
  • {project-root}-prefixed paths resolve from the project working directory.
  • {skill-name} resolves to the skill directory's basename.

On Activation

Step 1: Resolve the Workflow Block

Run: python3 {project-root}/_bmad/scripts/resolve_customization.py --skill {skill-root} --key workflow

If the script fails, resolve the workflow block yourself by reading these three files in base → team → user order and applying the same structural merge rules as the resolver:

  1. {skill-root}/customize.toml — defaults
  2. {project-root}/_bmad/custom/{skill-name}.toml — team overrides
  3. {project-root}/_bmad/custom/{skill-name}.user.toml — personal overrides

Any missing file is skipped. Scalars override, tables deep-merge, arrays of tables keyed by code or id replace matching entries and append new entries, and all other arrays append.

Step 2: Execute Prepend Steps

Execute each entry in {workflow.activation_steps_prepend} in order before proceeding.

Step 3: Load Persistent Facts

Treat every entry in {workflow.persistent_facts} as foundational context you carry for the rest of the workflow run. Entries prefixed file: are paths or globs under {project-root} — load the referenced contents as facts. All other entries are facts verbatim.

Step 4: Load Config

Load config from {project-root}/_bmad/bmm/config.yaml and resolve:

  • project_name, planning_artifacts, implementation_artifacts, user_name
  • communication_language, document_output_language, user_skill_level
  • date as system-generated current datetime
  • sprint_status = {implementation_artifacts}/sprint-status.yaml
  • project_context = **/project-context.md (load if exists)
  • CLAUDE.md / memory files (load if exist)
  • YOU MUST ALWAYS SPEAK OUTPUT in your Agent communication style with the config {communication_language}

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
