Overview
Use the local google-health MCP server as the source of truth for Google Health
and Fitbit-derived data. It provides both compact daily summaries and encrypted-at-rest,
full-fidelity records such as timestamped heart-rate samples and sleep-stage segments.
Combine health data with other tools only when it answers the user's question. Keep the analysis descriptive, personal-baseline-aware, and privacy preserving. Health signals can be associated with events, but they do not establish that an event caused stress, illness, poor sleep, or any other condition.
