Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00107 $0.01233
Opus 5 $0.00053 $0.00616
Sonnet 5 $0.00021 $0.00247
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00123

Security

Grade A, and why

design-led-website-builder scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 8 executable files (assets/e2e-fixture/app.js, scripts/audit_vertical_slice.py, scripts/catalog.py, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Design Led Website Builder

A short brief is enough. Lock intent, wait, research that job, hunt materials, then build. Ask at most once.

Typical input: who they are, why the site exists, what it must show. Also accept a brand kit, a named style, a reference URL, or a screenshot.

This document is English. Talk to the user in their language. Ask_user options follow the user's language.

People arrive differently. Some bring a brand. Some bring a name and a few pieces of content. Same pipeline; different raw material. Read intake.

Pipeline (do not reorder)

  1. Ingest the brief and notice the raw material (brand / no brand / a reference).
  2. Lock intent before any research. If the brief can mean more than one product, send one ask_user round and stop until they reply. If intent is already singular, skip.
  3. Research live sites that match the locked intent. Read research pass.
  4. Hunt materials in the same research turn. Read visual evidence and assets. Find licensed or generated textures, open art, and editorial images. Do not ship a type-only page.
  5. Return 8–12 lines: direction, three site references, materials sourced, what you will not copy, what you will build.
  6. Build in the same turn. Read brief to direction, visual craft, design-to-build.
  7. Verify with the quality rubric.

Do not substitute a schedule, dossier, or interview for the website. Do not keep operating and asking at the same time.

Stop conditions (hard)

At most one question round in the whole job (plus a later rights question only if you are about to publish someone else’s photo or a real price).

If you already asked once, the next move is research or code.

1. Ingest — two kinds of raw material

They brought What you do
A brand — name, logo, colors, existing site, guidelines Keep it. After intent is locked, research peers in that category. Do not invent a second identity.
No brand — a person or project, some content, maybe a taste cue After intent is locked, invent a distinctive system from purpose + content + cue. Do not stall for a brand kit.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
