Both spellings in one manifest. The namespaced block wins and the flat field is dropped whole.

What this fixture covers:

  • Precedence, observably. The two lists deliberately disagree, and the flat one names requires/ignored-by-precedence, a skill that does not exist in this repository. If the flat field were read, that reference would surface as an SK001 error. It does not, which is the proof: the resolved dependency is requires/chain-c and nothing else.

  • repo lint code SK011, a warning:

"skillkeeper.requires" takes precedence

    It carries no skill path, because it is a manifest-parser note that the lint pass reclassifies rather than a finding derived from the dependency graph.
