chain-b

The middle link. It is a dependency of requires/chain-a and a dependent of requires/chain-c, which is what makes it the interesting one to remove.

What this fixture covers:

  • The second hop of the chain. Nothing names chain-c except this file, so chain-c can only reach an install of chain-a through here.

  • The uninstall report. With the whole chain installed for one agent, skillkeeper skill uninstall requires/chain-b removes this skill and warns, on standard error, that requires/chain-a is still installed and just lost it:

    Skill "requires/chain-a" is still installed for claude and required
"requires/chain-b", which was just removed; it may not work.

    Uninstall never cascades: chain-a and chain-c stay installed and the command still exits 0. The report says what broke; acting on it is the user's call.
