minimal-skill

The smallest manifest SkillKeeper accepts: name and nothing else.

What this fixture covers:

  • Scheme 1 (flat layout). The directory sits at the repository root, one level deep, so it resolves with no group. Its skill id is the bare minimal-skill.
  • A manifest with every optional field omitted: no version, description, license, executables, or hooks.
  • A skill whose body is a single file. After install the directory holds two files: this one and the generated .skid.yml.
  • No GUIDE.md and no RULES.md, so nothing is written to the target agent's guidance file. This is the "no guidance" branch.

Because version is absent, the install manifest records version: null and update detection falls back entirely to the content hash.
