mcp-everything-search: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/maid-implement-draft/SKILL.md

maid-implement-draft is a skill for Claude Code from mamertofabian/mcp-everything-search. It costs 80 tokens per session (853 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow skill that takes a draft MAID manifest through testing, review, approval, implementation, and final reporting. A draft manifest is an unfinished description of the code change and its checks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when starting from a file in `manifests/drafts/` or from a planner handoff that asks for the complete implementation workflow.
Why use it?
It prevents implementation from starting with an unreviewed plan and keeps the steps of turning that plan into code in one workflow. It also directs work to the appropriate phase-specific skills.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00080 $0.00853
Opus 5.5 $0.00032 $0.00341
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00016 $0.00171
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00085

Security

Grade A, and why

maid-implement-draft scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

MAID Implement Draft

Continue a draft under manifests/drafts/ through contract hardening, promotion, implementation, review, and Outcome capture. This skill coordinates existing phase skills; it does not replace them.

When To Use This Skill

  • The starting point is manifests/drafts/<slug>.manifest.yaml.
  • A planner handoff packet named this skill as the receiving agent.

If the contract is already promoted at manifests/<slug>.manifest.yaml, use maid-implementer instead.

Skill Coordination

  • Use maid-plan-review before lock and promotion.
  • Use maid-implementer for manifest-scoped implementation after promotion.
  • Use maid-implementation-review before final handoff.
  • Use maid-evolver if an already-promoted contract must change; do not silently rewrite the locked draft after promotion.

Workflow

  1. Read repository instructions (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md when present).

  2. Inspect the selected draft, related epic or planning files, declared tests, and artifacts. If the message has no path, inspect likely manifests/drafts/*.manifest.yaml candidates and ask only when more than one plausible target exists. Ignore *.epic.yaml.

  3. Recall related Outcomes before creating or tightening tests:

    maid learn
    maid recall --for-manifest manifests/drafts/<slug>.manifest.yaml --plan-packet
    maid insights

If no completed Outcome records exist, say so and continue. Digest visibly: name applicable lessons, reject irrelevant ones with a reason, and state what changed. Recall does not expand scope or replace red evidence, behavioral validation, plan lock, implementation validation, or review.

  4. Write or update focused behavioral tests before changing implementation code. Confirm the red phase fails for the intended reason. Do not create after-the-fact red evidence after implementation is already green.

  5. Run maid validate manifests/drafts/<slug>.manifest.yaml --mode behavioral.

  6. Run maid-plan-review. Stop for user approval when the contract is not already approved.

  7. Lock the draft, then promote. Never manually move or copy draft manifests:

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

maid-implement-draft is a skill published in the GitHub repository mamertofabian/mcp-everything-search (367 stars, last pushed 12d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 80 tokens to every session and 853 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-18.
