Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00268 | $0.03566 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00134 | $0.01783 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00054 | $0.00713 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00027 | $0.00357 |
Grade A, and why
inspired scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 107 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Inspired — Marty Cagan and SVPG's Product Operating Model
Marty Cagan and Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG)'s opinionated frame for how product organizations should operate — distilled from INSPIRED: How to Create Tech Products Customers Love (Wiley, 2008; 2nd ed. 2018), EMPOWERED: Ordinary People, Extraordinary Products (Wiley 2020, with Chris Jones), TRANSFORMED: Moving to the Product Operating Model (Wiley 2024, with Lea Hickman, Chris Jones, Christian Idiodi, John Moore), and the ~weekly essay stream at svpg.com/articles.
The frame is opinionated because Cagan is opinionated: the product operating model is not a process, not Scrum, not SAFe, not an "outcome-based roadmap." It is a set of first principles about how the best product companies actually work — empowered teams, product discovery before delivery, the four big risks attacked early with prototypes, product vision as a persuasion tool, product strategy as focus + insights + bets, and coaching as the primary leadership responsibility. Applying the frame means resisting the industry reflexes (rebrand POs as PMs, adopt SAFe, publish a roadmap in outcome clothing) and holding the line on what Cagan calls the first principles of the model.
When this skill activates
Use this skill when the user is:
- Diagnosing why their product org ships features but outcomes stay flat (feature-factory diagnosis).
- Auditing a product organization against the Product Operating Model — team structure, PM role, discovery/delivery split, coaching, culture.
- Deciding whether/how to shift from a feature-team model to empowered product teams.
- Writing or critiquing a product vision (2–5yr software / 5–10yr device horizon) or a product strategy (focus + insights + bets).
- Replacing a roadmap with product vision + team-level objectives + high-integrity commitments.
- Running or designing product discovery — prototypes, experiments, attacking the four big risks early.
- Staffing an empowered product team (real PM + real designer + real lead engineer + 2–10 engineers; two-pizza rule).
- Planning a product transformation, including a pilot team as the "MVP for the full transformation."
- Distinguishing real product managers from backlog administrators / product management theater / relabeled scrum roles.
- Thinking about AI's impact on the product operating model — the productivity paradox, build-to-learn vs. build-to-earn.
- Debating product ownership, missionaries vs. mercenaries, or the mini-CEO myth.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

inspired is a skill published in the GitHub repository marcos-sponton/frameworks-as-skills (1 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 268 tokens to every session and 3,566 once invoked, about $0.0013 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
