Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00234 | $0.02769 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00094 | $0.01108 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00047 | $0.00554 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00023 | $0.00277 |
Grade A, and why
product-led-growth scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 105 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Product-Led Growth
Wes Bush's Product-Led Growth methodology — the complete system for building SaaS products where the product itself is the primary vehicle for acquiring, activating, and retaining customers. Bush (founder/CEO of ProductLed, author of Product-Led Growth: How to Build a Product That Sells Itself (2019) and The Product-Led Playbook (2024)) built the framework from his experience at Vidyard, consulting with 400+ SaaS companies, and distilling what separates PLG companies that scale from those that stall. This skill captures both the 2019 book and the 2024 evolution into the nine-component ProductLed System.
This skill helps your agent think about product-led growth as a go-to-market operating system, not as "add a free tier and hope." It's opinionated because Bush is opinionated: the product should be your best salesperson, time-to-value is the metric that matters most, and most companies fail at PLG not because the model is wrong but because they treat it as a product team initiative instead of an organization-wide shift.
When this skill activates
Use this skill when the user is:
- Deciding whether their SaaS should be product-led, sales-led, or hybrid (the MOAT framework decision).
- Choosing between free trial, freemium, or demo models.
- Designing or redesigning self-serve onboarding (Bowling Alley territory).
- Diagnosing why their free trial or freemium isn't converting ("we get signups but nobody upgrades").
- Trying to reduce time-to-value — the gap between signup and first meaningful outcome.
- Setting up product-qualified leads (PQLs) to replace or supplement marketing-qualified leads.
- Pricing a SaaS product using value metrics rather than per-seat or feature-gating.
- Evaluating whether to layer sales on top of an existing PLG motion (product-led sales).
- Designing a PLG go-to-market strategy from scratch.
- Auditing an existing PLG setup against Bush's nine-component ProductLed System.
- Asking "how do we grow without hiring more salespeople?"

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

product-led-growth is a skill published in the GitHub repository marcos-sponton/frameworks-as-skills (1 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 234 tokens to every session and 2,769 once invoked, about $0.0009 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-08.
Other skills, from other repositories
acquire-skills
Find and install skills for what you're doing — tech or reasoning gaps. Matches activity and tech context to relevant skills. Use when entering unfamiliar tech, stuck on a reasoning challenge, or no skill fits.
find-skills
Helps users discover and install agent skills when they ask questions like "how do I do X", "find a skill for X", "is there a skill that can...", or express interest in extending capabilities. This skill should be used when the user is looking for functionality that might exist as an installable skill.
endpoint-discovery
Discovers URLs, endpoints, and paths from web applications using katana, gospider, and gau. Use when needing to enumerate application endpoints, find hidden paths, gather historical URLs, or map web application structure during reconnaissance.
param-miner
Discover hidden HTTP parameters in web applications that could reveal hidden functionality or vulnerabilities. Use when testing APIs, when looking for hidden parameters like admin or debug, or when the user mentions parameter discovery.
codex-autoresearch
Run repeated, measured Git experiments toward a numeric target; keep improvements and revert failures. Use for autonomous optimization or managing an autoresearch run, not one-shot edits.
clipboard
Copy text to clipboard with optional rich formatting. Triggers on "copy to clipboard", "copy that", "pbcopy", "copy formatted", "copy rich text".
