Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00035 | $0.02343 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00937 |

Grade A, and why
land scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 202 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Goals
- Merge only after a human moves the Trello card to
Merging. - Refuse to merge while checks, mergeability, review feedback, or auth are unclear.
- Use the repository's merge policy instead of assuming one merge mode.
- Do not enable auto-merge unless the repository policy explicitly requires it.
- Update the Trello workpad and move the card to the configured merge
completion list after a successful merge. The recommended workflow uses
Done. - Close a reviewed card that has nothing to merge in the configured merge completion list instead of sending it back to review.
Preconditions
- The current Trello list is
Mergingor the workflow explicitly names the current list as the merge approval list. - For work with a PR,
ghis installed and authenticated. - The working tree is clean or changes are intentionally committed.
- A PR can be identified for the current branch or Trello card, the workflow selects a branch-only merge, or there is nothing to merge. See the Merge Decision Table.
Decide whether a merge is needed
When the workflow selects branch_only, the latest handoff for the current work
after any reopening records a pushed repository-changing branch, and no PR exists for that branch, follow Branch-Only
Merge first. Otherwise, apply the Merge Decision Table before PR discovery, review,
or merge checks. For completed work that did not need a PR, use the current handoff and new-feedback
rules there, update the card, and stop. GitHub authentication and PR checks are
required only when the work needs a PR.
Steps for work with a PR
- Use
review-sweepand address all actionable feedback. Reply to addressed GitHub review threads, but leave thread resolution to the reviewer unless the user explicitly asks you to resolve them. Keep merging eligible only when the feedback is otherwise addressed and the workpad records any thread still awaiting reviewer resolution. - Run local validation required by
AGENTS.mdand the Trello card. - Check PR mergeability and branch state:
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
