What is blast-radius?

A review step for changes to shared code, such as types, APIs, or utility functions. It finds the other parts of a project that use the code being changed.

It is for checking consumers before changing an exported symbol or shared piece of code.

It helps prevent a change in one place from leaving other users of that code broken or only partly updated.
