Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00210 | $0.01440 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00105 | $0.00720 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00042 | $0.00288 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00021 | $0.00144 |
Grade A, and why
reframing scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 60 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Reframing — change the meaning, not the substance
The cheapest thing you can change is what something means. Same atoms, different frame, completely different behaviour. Reach for this before anyone proposes rebuilding the product or cutting the price — those are the expensive answers.
The principle
A thing has no fixed value; value is assigned by context and comparison. Move the frame and you move the value, at near-zero cost. Three reframing moves:
- Rename / recategorise. The name is the frame. Change the category a thing competes in and you change what "good" and "expensive" mean for it.
- Re-anchor the comparison. Value is relative. What you put next to a thing decides how it's judged.
- Reframe the cost or the context. The same money, time, or effort feels different depending on the mental account it lands in.
Canonical examples (steal these patterns)
- Diamond Shreddies. A square cereal was rotated 45° and relaunched as "new Diamond Shreddies" (with the old "Squares" kept on shelf as a contrast). Identical product. Sales rose, and people in taste tests said the diamonds tasted better. The product didn't change — its meaning did.
- Frederick the Great's potato. Peasants refused to eat potatoes, so he declared them a royal vegetable, planted a royal field, and posted (deliberately lax) guards. Villagers concluded anything guarded must be valuable, stole the plants, and started growing them. Scarcity and status, manufactured purely by framing.
- Mental accounting. "$1 a day" lands in a different mental pocket than "$30 a month" — same money, smaller-feeling cost. "Less than your morning coffee" reframes the expense entirely.
- Premium by frame, not formula. Round prices and restrained design signal "quality"; .99 prices and "SALE" signal "value." You choose which by how you frame, not by changing the thing.
How to apply
- Name the current frame. What category, comparison, and mental account is the thing sitting in right now? That's what's making it feel cheap/generic/expensive.
- Decide the meaning you want ("premium and considered," "the safe obvious choice," "an indulgence you deserve," "a tiny daily cost").
- Pick the cheapest frame shift that gets there:
- Rename / recategorise so it competes against more expensive things.
- Change the anchor sitting next to it (a higher reference price, a worse alternative, a prestige neighbour).
- Re-pocket the cost (per-day, per-use, "the price of X you already buy").
- Add a story or ritual that makes the same act feel meaningful.
- Keep it honest. Reframing the meaning of a real benefit is alchemy; reframing a thing as something it isn't is fraud — and it collapses the moment the customer notices.
- Test the frame against the substance fix. Always show the user: "Reframe = ~free and reversible. Rebuild/discount = expensive and permanent. Try the frame first."
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

reframing is a skill published in the GitHub repository meikocho1/alchemy-marketing-skills (3 stars, last pushed 10d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 210 tokens to every session and 1,440 once invoked, about $0.0011 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
