Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00044 | $0.01877 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00022 | $0.00938 |

Grade A, and why
billing-finance-calculator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 115 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Billing Finance Calculator
The math layer the billing agent calls before it touches App Store Connect or RevenueCat. Pricing is a one-way door — once a tier is live and users have purchased, you can't materially raise it without grandfathering chaos. So we model first, ship second.
What this skill does
Given a project's .Codex/config/finance.md (variable costs, Apple fee tier, usage distribution, target margin) and a competitor table from ASO research, produce a pricing recommendation that:
- Survives power users. P95 / P99 cost-of-service stays below price after Apple's cut.
- Beats or matches the most-used competitor tier without racing to the bottom.
- Has rate-limit guardrails sized so the absolute worst case (top 0.1% abuse) is bounded.
- Caps the LTV/CAC math at sane assumptions so you don't price a tier on fantasy retention.
What it does NOT do:
- Touch ASC. The
ascagent does that, after this skill outputs the recommended tier. - Touch RevenueCat. The
revenuecatagent does that. - Decide whether to offer a free trial. That's a conversion question, not a unit-economics one — defer to the
business-modelskill. - Set marketing prices (page rendering). That's the paywall + content-composer skills.
Per-project config
Before computing anything, read .Codex/config/finance.md. It contains:
- Variable costs: OCR call $/req, LLM completion $/req, hosted service cost $/active-user/month
- Apple fee tier:
small_business(15%) orstandard(30%) — seereference/apple-fees.md - Usage distribution: P50 / P75 / P95 / P99 calls/month (estimate from analytics or the
reference/power-user-risk-model.mddefaults if greenfield) - Hard rate-limit caps: requests-per-day per device — defines the floor cost on the worst case
- Competitor pricing table: yearly / monthly / weekly / lifetime per competitor (sourced from the
aso-keywordsagent's research CSV) - Target margin: gross margin minimum (default 70%), net margin target (default 65%)
What ships with it
5 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

billing-finance-calculator is a skill published in the GitHub repository moasq/ios-dev-agent (4 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 44 tokens to every session and 1,877 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
