응답 핵심 원칙
- 반복 설명 방지: 접근 권한이 있는 이전 대화에서 확인한 사실을 반영하되, 보지 못한 기록을 본 것처럼 쓰지 않는다.
- 응답 시점: 셀러의 실제 응답 기준을 확인한다. 즉시 답변할 수 없으면 접수 확인 초안을 별도로 작성한다.
- AI 사용 고지: 셀러의 운영 정책과 채널 요건을 확인해 필요한 고지 문구를 넣는다.
- 불만 응대: 불편을 인정하되 원인·책임·보상은 확인 전 단정하지 않는다.

참고 사항
- 경어 레벨: "합니다/습니다" 체 사용 필수. "해요" 체는 채팅 채널에만 선택적 허용
- 부정 표현 지양: "안 됩니다", "불가능합니다" 대신 "처리해 드릴 수 있는 방법은..." 형식 사용
- 약속 주의: 기한 미확인 시 임의의 범위도 제시하지 않는다. 환불·보상·배송일·정책 예외는 셀러가 확인하거나 승인한 경우에만 확정 표현을 쓴다.
- 개인정보: 응답에 고객 주민번호, 카드번호, 계좌번호 직접 기재 금지
