moai-mcp-ip가 실제로 보이면 조사에 쓸 소스를 정하고ip_check_access(sources=[...])를 부릅니다. 도구가 보이지 않으면 API를 호출했다고 쓰지 않고 공식 기관 웹 화면의 검색 범위로 진행합니다. missing이 있으면 그 API는 호출하지 않습니다. 공식 등록 절차를 안내하고, 동시에 접근 가능한 공식 공개 검색 화면에서 조사할 수 있습니다. 웹 조사의 범위를 결과에 표시합니다.- 키 값을 채팅으로 받지 않습니다. 실제 연결 가능한 호스트 설정 화면을 확인합니다. 자체 서버가 로컬에서 실행되는 경우 자격증명 파일은 macOS·Linux
