Nexus: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/devflow/agents/fixer/SKILL.md

auto-fix is a skill for Claude Code from MT-gar/Nexus. It costs 42 tokens per session (954 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An automated code-fixing workflow that turns a root-cause analysis report into proposed code changes, tests, and a possible merge. A human must approve high-risk changes before they are merged.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to edit code for a reported defect, run tests, prepare a rollback plan, request approval, and update the defect when the fix is complete.
Why use it?
It connects bug diagnosis to implementation without allowing the fixing agent to approve its own risky work. Failed tests or rejected approvals keep the fix from being delivered until it is revised.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00042 $0.00954
Opus 5.5 $0.00017 $0.00382
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00191
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00095

Measured 1mo ago against content hash 7c8c6a035069, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

auto-fix scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Skill:auto-fix(自动修复)

Schema

  缺陷: { defect_id, title, severity } }

输出:

{ 审批请求: { approval_id, risk_level: "high", rollback_plan: string },
  缺陷回写: { defect_id, fix_task_id, status: "fixed" } }

request_approval 高风险修复合并的强制人工审批(必须带 rollback_plan)
update_defect 回写 fix_task_id、状态 fixing→fixed
claim_task / update_task / wait_for_work 任务生命周期

  • ✅ 允许:修改代码、跑测试、request_approval、update_defect(仅回写 fix_task_id/status)
  • ❌ 禁止:approve_request / reject_request(不能自我审批)、rollback_release、创建发布

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

auto-fix is a skill published in the GitHub repository MT-gar/Nexus (2 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 42 tokens to every session and 954 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-20.
