Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00033 $0.00323
Opus 5 $0.00016 $0.00161
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00065
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00032

Security

Grade A, and why

parity-probe scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Run the provider parity probe

Use the existing Markdown task board. This skill is an operator checklist, not a second runner, receipt format, or capability catalog.

Procedure

  1. Dispatch an ordinary Project or Bounty task through shared/routing.md. Never invoke a provider CLI directly from this skill.
  2. For each changed family, choose a representative specialist whose declared surface contains the capability being checked.
  3. Require the task to write its normal artifact and completion envelope. When relevant, have it execute one meaningful declared local CLI or utility MCP operation and one harmless negative check for an undeclared operation.
  4. For Kimi, keep utility MCP calls on the main lead's reviewed allowlist; native Agent children remain MCP-free.
  5. Accept the smoke result only when the normal board receipt, artifact, envelope, and focused test agree. Configuration, PATH output, or a listed tool alone is not proof that the operation worked.

Stop conditions

Stop and report the route as unproven when the task fails, the declared surface differs, the operation is denied or unavailable, or the provider requires an unapproved paid or credentialed action. Do not widen credentials, retry through another family, or bypass the board.

Keep private task output and credentials out of tracked files. Record only the concise pass/fail result and the affected family/capability in the phase evidence used for the final repository-wide audit.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
