Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.02324
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.01162
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00465
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00232

Security

Grade A, and why

grammar-style-checker scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Grammar & Style Checker

Academic grammar transcends basic syntactic correctness — it encompasses tone, voice, precision, and the deployment of inclusive, unambiguous language. Careless sentence construction introduces ambiguity, distracts readers, and fatally impedes scholarly communication.

1. Voice — Active vs. Passive

When to Use Active Voice

  • APA 7th explicitly recommends active voice for clarity
  • Best for: describing what researchers did, making your argument clear
  • "We conducted semi-structured interviews with 30 participants."

When to Use Passive Voice

  • Appropriate in STEM when the focus should be on the procedure/phenomenon, not the researcher
  • "Samples were collected and stored at −20°C."
  • Appropriate when the agent is unknown or irrelevant
  • Appropriate for impersonal academic constructions

The Test

Ask: Who is doing the action? If the actor matters, use active. If the phenomenon or action matters more, use passive.

2. Tense Conventions by Section

Section Tense Example
Introduction — general facts Present "Anxiety affects approximately 18% of the adult population."
Introduction — specific past studies Past "Smith (2019) found that..."
Methods Past "Data were collected using..."
Results Past "Results indicated that..."
Discussion — interpreting your findings Present for interpretation "These findings suggest that..."
Discussion — your specific results Past "The present study found that..."
Conclusion — implications Present "These results have significant implications for..."
Literature review — established findings Present "Research consistently demonstrates..."
Literature review — specific study Past "Jones (2020) reported..."

Key rule: Never mix tenses randomly within a section. Choose appropriately and be consistent.

3. Parallel Structure

All items in a series, list, or comparison must share the same grammatical form.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
