Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00024 | $0.00555 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00222 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00111 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00056 |
Grade A, and why
ponytail-audit-lite scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 54 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Repo-wide. Scan the whole tree instead of a diff. Rank
findings biggest cut first. Skip generated, vendored, and dependency
directories (node_modules/, vendor/, build output) and anything
.gitignore excludes.
Tags
delete:dead code, unused flexibility, speculative feature. Replacement: nothing.stdlib:hand-rolled thing the standard library ships. Name the function.native:dependency or code doing what the platform already does. Name the feature.yagni:abstraction with one implementation, config nobody sets, layer with one caller.shrink:same logic, fewer lines. Show the shorter form.
Hunt
Deps the stdlib or platform already ships, single-implementation interfaces, factories with one product, wrappers that only delegate, files exporting one thing, dead flags and config, hand-rolled stdlib.
Before tagging anything delete: or yagni:, search the whole tree for
references, including string names, config, and build files. Code reached by
reflection, dependency injection, framework conventions, an entry point, or a
published library's public API is not dead: leave it out.
Output
A Markdown table, one row per finding, ranked biggest cut first:
| # | Tag | Cut | Replacement | Path |
|---|-----|-----|-------------|------|
| 1 | `yagni:` | <what to cut> | <replacement> | `<path>` |
Escape | inside cells as \|. Keep every cell to one line: a shrink: row
says shorter form in #<n> in Replacement, and the shorter form goes below the
table as a fenced code block headed #<n>. Past 20 findings, keep the 20
biggest and say how many were left out. Then end with
net: -<N> lines, -<M> deps possible. N is the sum of the lines every finding
removes, the ones left out of the table included, counted from the files, not
guessed; M counts the dependencies they remove. Nothing to cut: no table, just Lean already. Ship.
Boundaries
Scope: over-engineering and complexity only. Correctness bugs, security holes, and performance are explicitly out of scope. Route them to a normal review pass. Lists findings, applies nothing. One-shot.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ponytail-audit-lite is a skill published in the GitHub repository mushroomTW/MushroomTW-Skills (0 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 24 tokens to every session and 555 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-24.
