Neuron AI is a PHP framework for building AI applications in which agents connect language models, tools, data loaders, vector databases, memory, and user interfaces. PHP developers use it to create and manage applications with agent workflows, multi-agent coordination, streaming, monitoring, and human involvement.
Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00066 | $0.10369 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00026 | $0.04148 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.02074 |

Grade A, and why
neuron-workflow scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 1,291 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Neuron AI Workflow
This skill helps you build custom event-driven workflows in Neuron AI. Workflows are the foundation of the entire framework - Agent and RAG are built on top of Workflow.
Setters configure the reusable definition, including while a segment is running. An execution retains its resolved graph, resources, completion policy and event dispatcher. New listener registrations apply to subsequent segments. A call made while a segment is in flight meets the persisted run as another process would: the running generation refuses a new ignition.
Core Concepts
Event-Driven Architecture
Workflows operate through events flowing between nodes:
StartEvent → Node1 → Event2 → Node2 → Event3 → Node3 → StopEvent
Each node:
- Receives a typed
Event - Processes it
- Returns a new
Event(orStopEventto complete)
The Node Pattern
Nodes extend the Node base class:
use NeuronAI\Workflow\Events\Event;
use NeuronAI\Workflow\Events\StartEvent;
use NeuronAI\Workflow\Events\StopEvent;
use NeuronAI\Workflow\Node;
use NeuronAI\Workflow\WorkflowState;
class ValidationNode extends Node
{
// The __invoke signature determines which event this node handles
public function __invoke(StartEvent $event, WorkflowState $state): ProcessEvent
{
$input = $state->get('input');
$validated = $this->validate($input);
$state->set('validated', $validated);
return new ProcessEvent($validated);
}
protected function validate(mixed $input): array
{
// Validation logic
return ['valid' => true, 'data' => $input];
}
}
Key Pattern: The workflow automatically maps events to nodes based on the first parameter type of __invoke().
Defining Custom Events
use NeuronAI\Workflow\Events\Event;
class UserValidatedEvent implements Event
{
public function __construct(
public readonly string $userId,
public readonly array $userData
) {}
}
class ProcessCompleteEvent implements Event
{
public function __construct(
public readonly string $result
) {}
}
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

neuron-workflow is a skill published in the GitHub repository neuron-core/neuron-ai (2,140 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 66 tokens to every session and 10,369 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-01.
