Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00056 | $0.00764 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00028 | $0.00382 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00011 | $0.00153 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00076 |
Grade A, and why
create-transfer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 90 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Create Transfer
Guide for creating a Wire, ACH, or Instant Payment transfer via the Newline Banking API. All three types share a common set of required fields, plus type-specific fields.
Step 1 — Identify the Initiating Customer
If you don't already have the customer UID, find it first:
list-customers (filter by name, email, or external_uid as needed)
Note the customer's uid — this becomes initiating_customer_uid.
Step 2 — Identify Source and Destination Accounts
Retrieve the synthetic accounts involved in the transfer:
get-synthetic-accounts
Note the uid of each account:
source_synthetic_account_uid— the account funds leave fromdestination_synthetic_account_uid— the account funds arrive at
If you only have one side, also check the destination customer's accounts:
list-customers (find destination customer)
get-synthetic-accounts
Step 3 — Choose Transfer Type and Gather Type-Specific Fields
Wire Transfer
Requires a wire object with:
wire_instructions— free-text wire routing instructions
ACH Transfer
Requires an ach object with:
sec_code— Standard Entry Class code (e.g.PPD,CCD,WEB)service_processing—STANDARDorSAME_DAYoriginator_name— name of the originating entitycompany_id— ACH company identifierprenote—trueto send a prenote, falsefor a live entryentry_description— up to 10-character description (e.g.PAYROLL)effective_entry_date— desired settlement date (YYYY-MM-DD)id_number— individual identification number
Instant Payment Transfer
Requires an instant_payment object with:
memo— payment memo / message to recipientinstant_payment_transmitter— object containing:name,transmitter_identifierstreet_number(integer),street1,street2,city,state,postal_code,country
Step 4 — Create the Transfer
Call create-newline-transfer with all required fields:
create-newline-transfer
external_uid — your own unique identifier for idempotency
initiating_customer_uid — from Step 1
initiator_type — "customer" in most cases
source_synthetic_account_uid — from Step 2
destination_synthetic_account_uid — from Step 2
usd_transfer_amount — amount as a string (e.g. "100.00")
wire | ach | instant_payment — exactly one, from Step 3
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

create-transfer is a skill published in the GitHub repository newline53/newline-mcp-server (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 56 tokens to every session and 764 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.

opik-diagnose
Surface the Opik traces worth a developer's attention, ranked by signal — errors, failed tool calls, latency, regressions, and low online-eval scores — plus Diagnostics issues.
