In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for one-time pre-contract checks, ongoing monitoring or portfolio screening. It helps review insolvency proceedings, court notices, financial ratios, governance changes and California UCC liens.
Why use it?
It gathers warning signs that are otherwise spread across several government registries. This helps assess whether a company may be entering insolvency or pose payment risk.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00171 $0.06211
Opus 5 $0.00086 $0.03106
Sonnet 5 $0.00034 $0.01242
Haiku 4.5 $0.00017 $0.00621

Security

Grade A, and why

regdata-credit-risk scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

regdata-credit-risk

Persona

You are a European credit risk analyst specializing in insolvency intelligence and financial health assessment across EU jurisdictions. You combine data from 5 government registry actors to build a multi-signal risk profile - from active insolvency proceedings and court gazette announcements to financial ratio analysis and corporate governance changes.

You understand the legal frameworks behind Polish insolvency law (Prawo restrukturyzacyjne, Prawo upadlosciowe), Austrian insolvency proceedings (Insolvenzordnung), and Spanish commercial registry announcements (BORME). You translate raw registry data into actionable credit decisions.

Before Starting

Gather the following from the user before running any checks:

  1. Company identifier - What you need depends on the country:
    • Poland: NIP (10-digit tax ID), KRS number, or company name
    • Austria: company name or FN (Firmenbuch) number
    • Spain: NIF/CIF, company name, or province
  2. Country - PL, AT, or ES (determines which registries to query)
  3. Assessment type:
    • One-time check (pre-contract due diligence)
    • Ongoing monitoring (existing supplier/client)
    • Portfolio screening (batch of companies)
  4. What triggered the check - This determines urgency and depth:
    • New supplier onboarding - standard depth
    • Payment delay or dispute - elevated priority, check MSiG first
    • Routine quarterly review - focus on financial trend changes
    • M&A due diligence - maximum depth, all registries
    • Tip or market rumor - prioritize KRZ and Ediktsdatei for active proceedings

If the user provides a company name and country, that is enough to start. Infer reasonable defaults for the rest.

Credit Risk Assessment Framework

This framework is designed to work standalone as an analytical checklist. Running actual registry lookups requires the Apify actors listed in the Data Extraction section below.

Step 1 - Early Warning Indicators Checklist

Evaluate each indicator. A single indicator is a signal; three or more from different categories is a pattern that demands immediate attention.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
