Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00055 $0.00495
Opus 5 $0.00028 $0.00247
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00099
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00049

Security

Grade A, and why

paid-ads-setup scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 32 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Read ../shared/operating-contract.md. Do not alter campaigns during setup.

Establish access

  1. Detect the requested platform on the universal NotFair MCP. Call listConnectedPlatforms, then use the existing shared preambles for Google Ads and Meta Ads or the x_ads_ and linkedin_ads_ tool surfaces. If the requested platform is missing, direct the user to connect it in NotFair and stop before claiming access.
  2. List only accounts actually returned by the connected surface. Let the user select the intended account when more than one is available; never infer it from an account name.
  3. For TikTok, Amazon, and ChatGPT Ads, check the available tools before proposing a connection. If no verified connector exists, request a current export or describe the plan-only boundary.

Capture decision-quality context

Read project documents that are clearly marketing-relevant, then ask only for gaps that data cannot establish:

  • product, offer, geography, and primary conversion;
  • unit economics: target CPA or break-even ROAS, margin, and customer value;
  • approved claims, differentiators, exclusions, and brand voice;
  • monthly budget, launch constraints, seasonality, and competitors;
  • landing-page URLs and analytics/tracking owner.

Use the Google and Meta audit skills to persist account-specific business context where supported. For X and LinkedIn, report the selected account and context without inventing a persistence surface. Do not overwrite an existing AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, or project instructions as a side effect of setup. Offer a clearly marked paid-media context file only after the user approves the exact location and content.

Finish with a gap register

Report connected platforms, selected accounts, verified conversion signals, available date range, and the smallest next action. State missing tracking, economics, claim proof, or platform access explicitly. Hand off to /notfair:paid-ads-review for a baseline, /notfair:paid-ads-launch for a new campaign, or the platform audit for a deeper diagnosis.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
