thai-government-form

thai-government-form is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from ntaffzii/Skill-Agents. It costs 155 tokens per session (1,607 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guide for drafting Thai government letters, leave requests, and powers of attorney, which authorize someone to act for another person. It follows Thai official-document structure and levels of formality.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to draft letters to government offices or supervisors, sick or personal leave requests, vacation or maternity leave requests, and powers of attorney. Final documents with legal or workplace effects still need checking against current rules and local templates.
Why use it?
It helps prevent mistakes in the required layout, wording, and form of address used in Thai official correspondence.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00155 $0.01607
Opus 5 $0.00077 $0.00804
Sonnet 5 $0.00031 $0.00321
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00161

Security

Grade A, and why

thai-government-form scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Thai Government Documents (หนังสือราชการ / ใบลา / หนังสือมอบอำนาจ)

Overview

Thai official correspondence follows a fixed structural convention (ที่/ส่วนราชการ/วันที่/เรื่อง/เรียน/body/ขอแสดงความนับถือ) and a salutation hierarchy (เรียน vs. กราบเรียน vs. นมัสการ) that a model without this skill tends to flatten to a single generic "เรียน" regardless of who the recipient is. This skill is a drafting aid, not a legal reference — the underlying regulation can be amended, and organizational house style often adds local variations on top of the base structure.

Not legal advice. For anything with binding legal effect (a power of attorney used in a real transaction, a leave request that affects pay), have the final document reviewed against the current regulation and the issuing organization's own template.

When to use

  • Choosing the correct salutation level (เรียน/กราบเรียน/นมัสการ) for a given recipient's rank

When NOT to use

  • Informal or personal letters/messages with no organizational hierarchy — no salutation-level decision is needed, plain writing works
  • A power of attorney or letter that will be used in a specific legal proceeding — draft here, then route through a lawyer/notary for the binding version

Core knowledge

หนังสือราชการ (official letter) structure, per the ระเบียบสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีว่าด้วยงานสารบรรณ:

  1. ที่ — reference number, top area
  2. Issuing agency name/letterhead (ครุฑ header for government agencies)
  3. วันที่ — date in formal Thai style (day, full month name, พ.ศ. year — see thai-date-format)
  4. เรื่อง — subject line, short and specific
  5. เรียน — salutation, addressed by position/title, not personal name alone
  6. อ้างถึง (optional) — reference to prior correspondence
  7. สิ่งที่ส่งมาด้วย (optional) — enclosures
  8. Body — background paragraph, then the substantive request/notice
  9. ขอแสดงความนับถือ — closing
  10. Signature block: signature line, printed name, position
  11. Footer: originating unit, phone/fax

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
