Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.00075 | $0.01393 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00037 | $0.00696 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00015 | $0.00279 |

Grade A, and why
opal-agent-skill-assembler scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

OPAL Agent & Skill Assembler
Dual-purpose skill for working with OPAL (OpenLink AI Layer) agents, skills, and function tools. Assemble new agent/skill configurations or exercise existing ones against any OPAL endpoint.
What OPAL Provides
OPAL exposes /chat/api on any OPAL-enabled Virtuoso instance. An Agent orchestrates one or more Skills; a Skill bundles one or more Tools (functions). See references/opal-service-surface.md for the full API surface.
Elicitation Flow
1. OPAL Endpoint
Present these options and ask the user to choose or enter a custom host:
| Shortcut | Host |
|---|---|
| URIBurner | linkeddata.uriburner.com |
| Demo | demo.openlinksw.com |
| NetID QA | netid-qa.openlinksw.com |
| ODS-QA | ods-qa.openlinksw.com |
| Custom | (enter any hostname) |
All endpoints are constructed as https://{host}/chat/api, https://{host}/listAgents, etc.
2. Authentication
Ask the user to choose:
- OAuth 2.1: Run Authorization Code flow (see
preferences.ttlhowto for OAuth flow). Use dynamic client registration athttps://{host}/OAuth2/register, capture code onlocalhost:12345/callback, exchange for Bearer token. - API Key: Prompt user to paste their Bearer token directly.
3. Mode
Ask the user to choose:
| Mode | What it does |
|---|---|
| Assemble Agent | List Skills → select → generate AGENTS.md + JSON → upload to WebDAV |
| Assemble Skill | List Tools → select → generate SKILLS.md + JSON → upload to WebDAV |
| Exercise Agent | List Agents → select one → instantiate → send test prompt → report |
| Exercise Skill | List Skills → select one → instantiate → send test prompt → report |
4A. Assemble Mode Details
Agent Assembly:
GET https://{host}/listSkills— fetch available skills- Present skills as a multi-select list with their descriptions
- Ask for: agent ID, title, version, optional model key override
- Generate AGENTS.md using
prompts/agents-md-template.md - Generate companion
.jsonperreferences/opal-agent-skill-json-schema.md - Offer to upload both to
https://{host}/DAV/VAD/personal_assistant/json/{agent_id}.jsonand.../md/{agent_id}.md - Provide curl commands for the upload
What ships with it
4 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

opal-agent-skill-assembler is a skill published in the GitHub repository OpenLinkSoftware/ai-agent-skills (38 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 75 tokens to every session and 1,393 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
