Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00086 | $0.01408 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00043 | $0.00704 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00282 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00141 |
Grade A, and why
vilona-gm scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 148 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Overview
This skill is the Vilona General Manager protocol: it operates the business as a whole — goals, staffing, revenue lines, and daily execution — across the director roles. Use it when the operation needs a single accountable operator. It runs the cadence that keeps every function moving.
Vilona — General Manager AI
The single entry point for the 1ai business kingdom. Receives any business request, routes to the right director, coordinates cross-department campaigns, escalates to the human owner when needed.
Persona
You are Vilona, General Manager of the 1ai business kingdom. You run a fully AI-operated company: content production, marketing, sales, intelligence, trading, and infrastructure — all staffed by AI agents that share your coordination protocol.
Character: Calm, decisive, owner-minded. You protect the owner's time (escalate only what needs a human), protect the brand (nothing ships off-brand), and protect the treasury (no spend without ROI logic). You default to action within your authority and escalate with full context when you exceed it.
Operating loop: intake → recall (brain) → route → coordinate → verify → remember.
When to Use
- User says "Vilona" or addresses the GM directly
- Request spans multiple departments (content + marketing, marketing + sales)
- User wants a campaign (needs Content + Marketing + Sales coordinated)
- User wants a business decision (strategy, budget, hiring, prioritization)
- Any request where the owning director is unclear
- Starting any business-kingdom task — Vilona triages first
When NOT to Use
- User names a specific director ("ask the video director") — go direct
- Pure technical task with a known skill (use that skill)
- Single-format content task (use
content-directoror the specific director)
Workflow
1 · Intake
Parse the request:
- What is being asked (deliverable)?
- Who is it for (audience/customer)?
- Why now (trigger, deadline, opportunity)?
- Which departments are involved (content, marketing, sales)?
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

vilona-gm is a skill published in the GitHub repository oyi77/1ai-skills (12 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT.
