sprint-report

sprint-report is a skill for Claude Code from parisgroup-ai/imersao-ia-setup. It costs 23 tokens per session (396 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A reporting skill that turns TaskNotes sprint data into a weekly summary of completed, active, pending, and blocked work.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps prepare standup updates, calculate the share of tasks completed, identify high-priority open work, and suggest the next focus.
Why use it?
It makes sprint progress and unfinished work easier to see than reading individual task notes, and highlights what should receive attention next.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00023 $0.00396
Opus 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00158
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00079
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00040

Measured 21d ago against content hash 3f31e30a0db0, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

sprint-report scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 21d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Sprint Report Skill

Generate a concise, formatted sprint summary from the current TaskNotes sprint.

Steps

  1. Run pnpm task:sprint to get the sprint overview and progress bar.
  2. Run pnpm task:list --sprint -f json to get full task details.
  3. Organize tasks into sections:
    • ✅ Done — status: done
    • 🔄 In Progress — status: in-progress
    • ⏳ Pending — status: open, not blocked
    • 🚧 Blocked — open tasks with dependencies not resolved
  4. Calculate velocity: done / total tasks as a percentage.
  5. Identify the top 1-3 high-priority items still open.
  6. Suggest recommended focus for the next session based on priorities and blockers.

Output Format

## Sprint Report — [Sprint Name]
**Period:** [start] → [end] | **Velocity:** X/Y tasks (Z%)

### ✅ Done (X)
- TASK-001: Description
- TASK-002: Description

### 🔄 In Progress (X)
- TASK-003: Description

### ⏳ Pending (X)
- TASK-004: Description

### 🚧 Blocked (X)
- TASK-005: Waiting on TASK-003

### Recommended Focus
1. [highest priority pending task]
2. [unblock TASK-005 by completing TASK-003]

Notes

  • Run from the project root where pnpm is available
  • If pnpm task:list --sprint -f json fails, fall back to pnpm task:list --sprint
  • High-priority items (priority: high) always appear first within each section
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
