Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00154 | $0.07435 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00062 | $0.02974 |

Grade A, and why
make-screen-videos scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 391 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Screen video
A screen recording is mostly waiting, and what it shows is a few pixels of dense UI. The same recording can become very different videos: a set of 20-second shorts that each show how easy one thing is, a promo that sells, or a tutorial that keeps every step. Which one is the user's to say, so this use case starts with a short interview, never with a draft to approve.
The kinds, each a route in references/routes.md:
| Kind | For | Frame | Built by |
|---|---|---|---|
| How-to short | one easy task, start to result: "look how easy" | 9:16 | scripts/promo_scene.py |
| Feature explainer | one feature: the problem, the feature, two or three uses | 9:16 or 16:9 | scripts/promo_scene.py |
| Promo | the best results, fast, to sell; a timelapse for a long session; a re-cut for an edited video | 9:16 | scripts/promo_scene.py |
| Tutorial | every step in order, held long enough to follow, with chapters | 16:9 | scripts/tutorial_scene.py |
Read picsart-video-rules first: how to talk and how to ask are there, and every question here follows its Asking rules. One job: one or more screen recordings in; one video, or a set of standalone videos, out.
Before acting on a stage, load the skills in its row that apply to this job, also when the work resumes there.
A gate with a scope in brackets opens only there: SPEND (vertical) is the cold watch's go-ahead,
for a vertical video's draft alone; a horizontal video goes straight on through stage 10.

The challenger at each decision. Before you go on from a decision, quality-review's challenger (the
challenger agent where the host has it) asks "why this?" of it: the set of videos (stage 4), the
style frames (6), the plan and its hooks before the ASK (7), the first build's UI, against the
recording's own screens (9), and every quote before its SPEND (8, 12, 13). Act on its verdict as
quality-review says. A stop, or a rethink of the user's own choice, goes to the user in the next ASK,
the cheaper alternative first, before anything is spent.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
