Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
html scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 49 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Pioneer Inline HTML and JavaScript
Inline HTML supports CSS and embedded JavaScript that runs inside the document. Use JavaScript for working calculators, filters, tabs, scenario controls, and charts that respond to user input. Keep reading-focused documents static when interaction adds no value.
Use inline HTML to make relationships, comparisons, data, or interactive calculations easier to understand. Choose the form from the user's question: a document for reading, aligned rows for comparison, a diagram for relationships, a chart or table for data, or a small working interface for exploration. Plain text is sufficient for simple answers.
Workflow
- Prepare one complete HTML document with ready-to-run CSS and JavaScript. No TypeScript, TSX, or required build step.
- When
html_previewis available and image input is supported, call it using the callable name in the current runtime catalog. - For a successful preview, inspect all six real images and each frame's diagnostics: light at 360, 768, 1024 CSS px, then dark at the same widths. Correct clipping, overflow, contrast, layout, script errors, and truncated captures; preview again as needed.
- Publish the finished version with permitted
html_render. It already saves and publishes the document; do not addartifact_register. Iterate through preview rather than publishing drafts. - Add only necessary text that complements the HTML. Follow the current answer delivery and review rules; HTML does not bypass them.
If preview is unavailable, or image capability is explicitly unsupported or unconfirmed, do not repeat a known unsupported preview without changed conditions. Do not claim visual verification. You may publish with permitted html_render while clearly telling the user that visual verification was unavailable. If visual verification is necessary for a reliable result, provide a text answer instead. The document must still support both themes.
Preview checks initial rendering in both standard Pioneer themes, not every interaction or every future custom palette. Exercise interactions when an authorized tool supports it; never claim actions were tested from static screenshots alone.
What ships with it

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

html is a skill published in the GitHub repository pioneerdotai/pioneer (22 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 38 tokens to every session and 894 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-25.

markdown-converter
Convert binary documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, HTML, EPUB, images) to clean LLM-friendly Markdown using Microsoft's markitdown Python tool. Use when a user attaches a binary file and you need to read its contents.
pandic-office
Convert Markdown to PDF (or DOCX/EPUB/HTML) using the pandoc CLI. Use when asked to produce a PDF report, brief, summary, or any document where the input is Markdown and the output should be a polished, paginated file.
Manipulate PDF files — extract text, count pages, render thumbnails, merge or split documents. Use for PDF-specific operations that don't fit markdown-converter (general read) or pandic-office (write from markdown).
