Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00026 | $0.01527 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00611 |

Grade A, and why
qa-explore scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 115 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Run a bounded exploratory QA charter
Explore a named target within a time-boxed, explicitly authorized charter. Preserve observations as observations, turn reproducible mismatches into traceable findings, and expose what was not covered. Exploration does not by itself prove complete acceptance coverage. Read workflow, safety, artifacts, and evidence first.
Inputs
- Project root, target/environment identity, explicit objective or intent, identified contract, and supplied criterion IDs/text or an explicit statement that the catalog is missing.
- Charter with mission, scope, risks/questions, time box, heuristics/tours, stop conditions, participants, tools, safe test data, expected oracles, and evidence needs.
- Explicit authorization for the charter and each possible effect. Load, penetration, production, and external effects require exact target, environment, limits, owner, and validity window.
- Existing defects, previous notes/findings, environment constraints, tool probes, browser/device coverage, and authorized local evidence locations.
Procedure
- Preserve the explicit objective or intent, charter, target, contract, criterion IDs/text, existing defects, and authorization exactly. Do not turn a heuristic, observation, or tool availability into a requirement or permission.
- Validate a bounded charter: name the mission, in-scope and out-of-scope surfaces, risks, questions, time box, stop conditions, data, environment, and authorized effects. Missing or ambiguous boundaries block the affected exploration.
- Identify the surfaces present in the charter and consult the installed applicable
qa-specialist-*skills before refining heuristics or executing actions. An unavailable applicable specialist is a limitation; record it instead of omitting its coverage silently. Specialist guidance cannot expand authorization. Confirm tools and prerequisites from observed probes. Use only isolated task-owned sessions and synthetic or reviewed data. Leave unavailable or unverified coverage explicit; never install a tool, reuse personal state, or simulate an observation. - Execute only charter actions inside the preserved authorization. Stop at the time box, stop
condition, changed target, or boundary requiring new permission. Record blocked actions as
NOT_RUN, not as explored behavior. - Keep chronological notes with timestamp, actor, environment/build, action, data, and direct observation. Separate fact, question, hypothesis, and proposed follow-up; notes are not case results unless a case with an expected oracle was actually executed.
- Materialize each finding with a stable ID, scope, related criterion IDs or an explicit unlinked reason, reproduction, expected behavior or named oracle, observed behavior, impact, evidence references, and current/needs-investigation state. Never declare a defect proven from a hypothesis alone.
- Admit evidence only when it is a local regular confined file with verified size/hash, target
and contract binding, and completed sanitization. Unreviewed images, unsafe/missing/changed
files, symlinks, and unsupported media are not attached and prevent evidence-based
PASS. - Summarize coverage touched and not touched, questions, findings, and follow-up. This workflow
never declares
PASS. A proven current failure isFAIL; otherwise returnBLOCKEDand direct complete criterion verification to a separately selected deterministic workflow.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

qa-explore is a skill published in the GitHub repository pwdev-solucoes/pwdev-claude-marketplace (3 stars, last pushed 10d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 26 tokens to every session and 1,527 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-16.
