Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00018 | $0.01698 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00679 |

Grade A, and why
qa-release scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 124 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Assess release readiness
Produce a QA opinion for an identified release target, with explicit failures and pending items. This workflow recommends; it does not approve, publish, merge, push, deploy, or otherwise perform the release. Read workflow, safety, artifacts, and evidence first.
Inputs
- Project root, target/environment/build/change identity, explicit objective or intent, identified contract source/hash, and the complete supplied criterion catalog with exact IDs/text, applicability, results, cases, attempts, expected/observed values, and evidence references.
- Complete current-defect inventory, including unlinked defects, scope decisions, owners, resolution and terminal retest state, plus prior QA review findings.
- Risks, mitigations, residual exposure, prerequisites, limitations, missing capabilities, unsafe or insufficient evidence, pending work, and release-entry/exit gates.
- Existing human release and risk decisions, each with actor, authority, scope, rationale, and timestamp, or an explicit missing record. These decisions are inputs, not QA results.
- Explicit authorization boundary for this consultative assessment and for any separately proposed production or external action. No release action is authorized by this workflow.
Procedure
- Preserve the explicit objective or intent, target, build, contract, criterion IDs/text, results, findings, risks, limitations, approvals, human decisions, and authorization exactly. Do not infer a missing decision, applicability, waiver, risk acceptance, or execution right.
- Identify affected surfaces and consult the installed applicable
qa-specialist-*skills, starting withqa-specialist-readiness; consult requirements, defects, regression, metrics, functional, API, Web, mobile, data, accessibility, security, performance, automation, CI/CD, or production specialists only when their surfaces apply. An unavailable applicable specialist is a limitation. Specialist guidance cannot expand authorization. - Confirm catalog completeness and evaluate every criterion. Preserve justified
NOT_APPLICABLEitems and their reasons. Zero applicable criteria isBLOCKED; unknown or partial applicability is pending, never silently excluded. - Inventory every current in-scope defect independently of criterion links. A proven current
failure, including an unlinked defect, is
FAILand takes precedence over waivers, risk acceptance, severity, priority, or incomplete pending work. - List failures and pending items separately. Evaluate terminal retests, evidence safety and
sufficiency, review findings, release gates, tools/capabilities, risks, mitigations, residual
exposure, owners, and next actions. Without a proven failure, any missing, unsafe,
insufficient, unresolved, or pending item makes the verdict
BLOCKED. - Keep every human release or risk decision separate from the QA verdict. Record actor,
authority, scope, rationale, and timestamp without changing either the decision or underlying
results. Risk acceptance cannot turn
FAILorBLOCKEDintoPASS; a required missing or incomplete human decision remains pending. - Apply verdict precedence exactly:
PASSrequires all applicable criteriaPASS, no current in-scope defects, no pending work, no pending risk, no pending limitation, no pending evidence, no pending gate, no pending required decision, no proven failure, and a complete catalog. A proven current in-scope failure isFAIL; otherwise any pending item or zero applicable criteria isBLOCKED. - Recommend release only for
PASS, recommend against release forFAIL, and identify the exact owner/blocker forBLOCKED. The release owner makes the human decision separately. - Return the opinion without release effects. Production access and external effects may occur only in a separately selected operation with explicit authorization for the exact target, environment, limits, window, owner, stop conditions, and cleanup. This workflow never publishes, pushes, merges, deploys, or executes stored commands.
- A later inert export may use
qa_report.py report --manifest PATH --project-root PATH; the report does not run or re-run tests and its exit code does not replace the QA verdict.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

qa-release is a skill published in the GitHub repository pwdev-solucoes/pwdev-claude-marketplace (3 stars, last pushed 10d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 18 tokens to every session and 1,698 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-16.
