A workflow for turning source material, such as a textbook or research method, into a usable skill for an AI coding assistant. It filters and structures the material, drafts the skill, checks its rules and output format, and reviews it before saving.

Use it to create, inspect, and prepare reusable skills from methodological source material, including their prompts, references, descriptions, constraints, and output formats.

It provides a staged way to convert long source material into clear instructions that are less likely to trigger at the wrong time or produce inconsistent results. It also adapts the draft for Claude Code or Codex.
