Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00074 | $0.00599 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00030 | $0.00240 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00015 | $0.00120 |

Grade A, and why
reader-comprehension-pass scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 17d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 41 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Reader comprehension pass
The user reads agent-authored technical documents as a researcher would, and repeatedly hits concepts that prose alone does not convey. Apply these rules while drafting, and run the audit before delivering.
Illustrate hard concepts with figures
- When a central concept is spatial, geometric, or quantitative and the prose is doing heavy lifting, draw it instead of explaining harder. Prefer a figure carrying real values from the work over an abstract sketch — e.g. "search box floor" only became legible as a diagram showing an actual proposal point (8.15, 4.06) clipped to the constraint-box wall at (6.8, 5.2).
Define jargon at first mention
- Give every domain term the target reader may not know a plain-terms definition at its first use (the user could not parse "Sn-based non-convergence" or "censored loss" left bare in a manuscript).
- Keep the distance between a concept's first mention and its explanation minimal — order sections so the reader has the needed background at the point of first mention, never referencing a concept long before it is explained.
Audit before delivering
- Before handing over a draft, reread it as a first-time reader and list every term or concept that would be unintuitive. Fix each one (figure, definition, reordering) or flag it explicitly in your response. The user expects this proactively — do not wait to be asked "what else is not intuitive?"
Test an unprompted explanation
For a substantial explanation or paper revision, ask a fresh reader to retell the problem, proposed insight, essential operation, and demonstrated finding using only the audience-facing material. Give the audience brief but withhold author notes, later slides in a prefix test, expected answers, and prior critiques. Ask where the text supplied each prerequisite, rather than letting an expert fill gaps from outside knowledge. Record what was misunderstood or could not be answered, and repair the first causal gap before adding more definitions.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

reader-comprehension-pass is a skill published in the GitHub repository shubham0704/claude-skills (2 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 74 tokens to every session and 599 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-01.

stuck
Diagnoses a broken course setup by reading the folder, so the student never has to describe the problem in English. Takes no argument. Reports which class they are on and which files are filled, then names one blocker and one fix: Claude Code opened at the wrong level, .claude/skills/ missing, skills not loading…

Turn reference docs into active mastery through retrieval practice, case binding, and scenario simulation. Combines Skycak (learning science) and Chin (expertise acceleration) frameworks. Use when you want to deeply learn material, not just read it.
