What is bli-development?

A development guide for maintaining and extending proteinlab's BLI analysis module. BLI, or biolayer interferometry, is a laboratory method for measuring interactions between molecules.

Use it for ForteBio CSV parsing, sensor graphs, KD fitting, experiment archiving and recovery, parameter filling, BLI tables, and sensor-graph downloads.

It records the module's data rules and known pitfalls, reducing uncertainty when changing analysis or display code.
