Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00131 | $0.01308 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00052 | $0.00523 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00026 | $0.00262 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00131 |
Grade A, and why
deploy-agent scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 99 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Deploy an Agent to its channels
Connecting a channel is tool work, not dashboard homework. Every channel below
has a first-class path through connect_agent_channel; only the ones under
"Dashboard-only channels" need the Quickchat dashboard, and you say so exactly
once instead of guessing.
Before you start
- Resolve the Agent: call
list_scenariosand match the name to itsscenario_id. If several qualify, ask which one. - Call
get_deployment_infoand readchannels— that is the verified state. A channel listed inconnectedis live;not_configuredis a definite no;not_checked(or absent from all four lists) means you could not verify it, so say that rather than guessing. - A channel name is never a website. When the user says "connect Telegram" or
"put it on Instagram", that is a
connect_agent_channelcall — do NOT scrape telegram.com or instagram.com as a knowledge source, and do NOT describe dashboard menus for a channel this tool connects.
Connecting each channel
All of these are connect_agent_channel with the right channel value. Relay
the returned instructions faithfully — they say who may open a link and for
how long it works.
- Telegram (
channel=telegram): switches on the Agent's direct-message link and returns it. The link is durable and shareable — ideal for a personal assistant. Telegram groups are the one Telegram case that needs the dashboard. - Discord (
channel=discord, optionalnickname): returns a one-time link. The user opens it in a browser where they are signed in to Quickchat, picks the server, and approves. It works once, only for them, and expires in about 10 minutes (expires_in_secondsis authoritative) — if it lapses, mint a fresh one instead of resending the old link. - Instagram (
channel=instagram): returns a one-time link like Discord's. It forwards to Instagram, which always asks the user to sign in (even with a session already open) so they can choose the professional (business or creator) account the Agent should answer DMs for; they sign in with that account and approve message access. This cannot be completed for them: give them the link and tell them which account to sign in with. - Slack (
channel=slack): returns a workspace-install link. It needs no Quickchat sign-in and does not expire, but anyone who opens it can connect their own workspace to this Agent — pass it only to the intended person. - Email (
channel=email): provisions the Agent's dedicated inbound address, switches the channel on, and returnsinbound_address. Mail sent or forwarded there is answered by the Agent; to cover an existing support inbox, the user forwards that inbox to this address. - The Agent's own MCP endpoint (
channel=mcp withis_active=true): lets ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor users add the Agent as a connector.visibilitypublic means anyone with the URL, private requires signing in. Switching it OFF (is_active=false) disconnects existing users, so ask before doing that. Plans without the MCP channel are refused — relay the upgrade message rather than retrying. - Website widget and public chat page: no connect call — read
website_widgetandpublic_chat_pagefromget_deployment_infoand hand overembed_snippet(paste before</body>) or the page URL, plus anynotesaying the surface is switched off and where to enable it.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

deploy-agent is a skill published in the GitHub repository quickchatai/quickchat-claude-plugin (1 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 131 tokens to every session and 1,308 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-08.
