- 销售数量:你可以通过提高转化率、增加流量、扩展市场来放大(可控,且理论上无限——全球有80亿人)
- 利润率:你可以通过提高价格、降低成本来提升(可控,且高端市场没有上限)
第二层:资产价值 = 净利润 × 行业乘数
- 行业乘数通常为2-17倍(SaaS高,传统行业低)
- 每增加1美元净利润,资产价值增加数倍——这是最大的杠杆
三个操纵杆——转化率、流量、利润率——任意一个的小幅改善,都因乘法效应而产生巨大的利润增长。例如:转化率从2%提到3%(+50%),流量从1万提到1.5万(+50%),客单价从200提到240元(+20%),组合起来利润增长 = 1.5 × 1.5 × 1.2 = 2.7倍。
这就是"为什么创业者赚得比打工人多"的数学答案:打工者的变量(时间、时薪)既不可控又有限,创业者的变量(销售数量、利润率、行业乘数)可控且无限。

检查时间脱钩:你的业务是否可以在你不在场时自动运转?如果不能,你的"净利润"仍然绑定在个人时间上,违背了可控无限的前提。
B — 边界 ★
- 可控的无限平衡是一个"理想模型"。现实中几乎所有业务都有天花板:市场容量、竞争、监管、技术迭代都会限制增长。
- "可控"的前提是你有足够的资金、技能和团队来操纵变量。对白手起家的创业者来说,初期可能哪个变量都控不住。
- 资产价值的行业乘数不是固定的。市场情绪、行业周期、公司规模都会影响乘数。2000年互联网泡沫时乘数极高,泡沫破裂后骤降。
- 这个框架解释了为什么创业可以致富,但不保证你创业就能致富。知道公式不等于能执行——执行才是真正的瓶颈。
- 不要滥用"无限"概念。理论上全球市场无限,实际上大多数小生意连本省都覆盖不了。真实的上限是执行力的上限,不是数学的上限。
