generator-build-sprint

generator-build-sprint is a skill for Claude Code from redker56/auto-harness. It costs 27 tokens per session (378 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An internal Auto-Harness guide for implementing an approved development sprint in an existing project. It requires reading the sprint instructions, reviewing the current code, and updating the project’s runtime and self-check records.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to build the approved routes, components, services, tests, or configuration changes and document the resulting runtime behavior.
Why use it?
It keeps implementation aligned with the approved sprint scope and the latest review guidance. It also records how the changed system should run and be checked.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00027 $0.00378
Opus 5 $0.00014 $0.00189
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00076
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00038

Measured 10d ago against content hash 0574ad6a30d0, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

generator-build-sprint scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Generator Build Sprint

This skill governs Generator build mode.

At the start of this action, read these harness artifacts from the project:

  • .harness/status.md
  • .harness/intake.md
  • .harness/spec.md
  • .harness/design-direction.md
  • .harness/contracts/sprint-XX-contract.md
  • .harness/contracts/sprint-XX-review.md when it exists for the current sprint.
  • .harness/runtime.md when revising an existing runtime contract.
  • .harness/qa/sprint-XX-self-check.md when revising an existing self-check.

Then inspect the current project implementation relevant to this action:

  • Read the source files, routes, components, services, tests, and config needed to implement the approved sprint scope.
  • Use the existing codebase as the implementation surface, not only the harness artifacts.

Then read these skill references:

  • references/protocols/file-ownership.md
  • references/templates/runtime-template.md
  • references/templates/self-check.md

Follow these rules:

  • Implement only the approved sprint scope.
  • Treat the current sprint review, when present, as implementation guidance even if the verdict is already APPROVED.
  • Update .harness/runtime.md so Evaluator can start and verify the app.
  • Make runtime.md sufficient for Evaluator to install, start, and health-check the app without follow-up questions.
  • Produce the current sprint self-check before handoff.
  • Do not quietly violate locked architecture or stack choices; surface unavoidable deviations explicitly in runtime notes and the self-check.
  • Do not modify orchestrator- or evaluator-owned artifacts.
Files

What ships with it

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

generator-build-sprint is a skill published in the GitHub repository redker56/auto-harness (14 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 27 tokens to every session and 378 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
