forgejo-advisory-review

forgejo-advisory-review is a skill for Claude Code from rikdc/ai-skills. It costs 86 tokens per session (2,367 once invoked), scanned C, original, MPL-2.0.

A step-by-step procedure for reviewing one Forgejo pull request, where Forgejo is a self-hosted service for storing code and managing reviews. It creates one advisory comment review, verifies it, and closes the assigned kanban card.

In plain words
What is it for?
Reading an assigned review card, checking the diff at the exact commit, applying review criteria, posting inline feedback, handling API errors, and confirming completion.
Why use it?
It prevents the review process from becoming inconsistent or from making unintended changes to the pull request.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00086 $0.02367
Opus 5.5 $0.00034 $0.00947
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00017 $0.00473
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00237

Security

Grade C, and why

forgejo-advisory-review scanned grade C with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

rm -rf with a variable or a broad path is one typo away from removing the wrong tree.

Forgejo advisory review — procedure

You have been handed a kanban card that asks you to review one pull request on git.home.claydon.co and post advisory feedback. This skill is the procedure. Your profile carries the rails (advisory only, read-only, one COMMENT review, git.home.claydon.co is the only host); this skill tells you how to carry it out.

The whole job is: one Forgejo review of type COMMENT, then a completed kanban card. Nothing else touches the PR.

0. Read the card body

The card body is a block of key: value lines:

key meaning
repo owner/name on git.home.claydon.co
pr PR number (<n> below)
title PR title
author PR author's login
base base ref @ base sha
head head ref @ head sha
url PR web URL
clone git clone URL (https://git.home.claydon.co/<owner>/<name>.git)
changed_files count, or unknown
review_skills comma-separated language reviewer skill names — MAY BE EMPTY

review_skills lists language-specific reviewers only (for example shell-script-reviewer, go-review). This workflow skill is separate and is always loaded for you; it is never listed there.

1. Clone the repo at the head sha

Work in your scratch workspace:

git clone --depth 50 <clone> repo && cd repo
git fetch --depth 50 origin refs/pull/<n>/head
git checkout FETCH_HEAD

refs/pull/<n>/head also covers fork PRs. After checkout, git rev-parse HEAD should equal the card's head sha — if it does not, note the mismatch in the review body and continue against what you actually checked out.

Read whole files for context. Never review from the diff alone.

If the clone or the checkout fails, kanban_block with the reason and stop.

2. Fetch the PR's unified diff

curl -fsS -H "Authorization: token $FORGEJO_TOKEN" \
  "https://git.home.claydon.co/api/v1/repos/<owner>/<name>/pulls/<n>.diff"

The diff tells you which files and which lines changed. If the diff fetch fails, kanban_block with the reason and stop.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
