Run the Quickstart Track 3 SOTA+Delta flow. This skill starts from a paper, PDF, arXiv reference, or GitHub repository, reproduces the claimed baseline honestly, then asks the user what delta they want to add before routing the extension through the existing experiment and review workflow.
