Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00080 $0.00448
Opus 5 $0.00040 $0.00224
Sonnet 5 $0.00016 $0.00090
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00045

Measured 12d ago against content hash 554f4f089907, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

Review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Review

Give the human reviewer a running start: review the diff for correctness and security, and post one focused comment on what to look at. It is not a replacement for QA or a human reviewer — it sets the starting point and typically makes review meaningfully faster.

Customization

Before executing, check ~/.claude/LIFEOS/USER/CUSTOMIZATIONS/SKILLS/Review/PREFERENCES.md. If present, load and apply it; otherwise use defaults.

Prerequisites

  1. buddy + LifeOS installed (test -f ~/.claude/LIFEOS/VERSION).
  2. A git repo with changes or a PR. GitHub integration via the GitHub MCP or the gh CLI (degrade to a printed comment if neither is present).

Workflow Routing

Workflow Trigger File
ReviewChanges Any /sdlc:review invocation Workflows/ReviewChanges.md

Template

Templates/ReviewComment.md — the single structured comment shape.

GitHub Action

ReviewChanges can optionally write .github/workflows/claude-review.yml so every PR is reviewed automatically (requires the repo to hold an auth token/secret). The action runs the same review on the PR diff and posts one comment.

Output

One structured review comment (posted to the PR via MCP/gh, or printed).

Examples

User: "/sdlc:review 42"
→ Fetches the diff for PR #42 (gh pr diff / GitHub MCP)
→ Reviews correctness + security
→ Posts a single structured comment: summary, findings by severity, what to check manually
Files

What ships with it

2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
