Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00096 | $0.00644 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00038 | $0.00258 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00019 | $0.00129 |

Grade A, and why
sublinear-solver scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 43 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

- Library code:
npm i @ruvnet/sublinear-core. It has 0 dependencies and provides ESM, CJS and types. - Agent tools: the MCP server
npx -y sublinear-time-solver serve. The tools to use aresolve,pageRank,estimateEntryandanalyzeMatrix. - Rust:
cargo add sublinear.
Recipes
import { solve, graphFromEdges, pageRank, personalizedPageRank, forwardPush, backwardPush, estimateEntry, topK } from '@ruvnet/sublinear-core';
// A x = b. A is COO {rows, cols, rowIndices, colIndices, values}, dense rows, or a CsrMatrix.
const { x, residual, converged, method } = solve(A, b, { tolerance: 1e-10 });
// Graph ranking with string ids; edges are [source, target, weight?].
const g = graphFromEdges(edges);
topK(pageRank(g).scores, 10, g);
topK(personalizedPageRank(g, seedId, { damping: 0.85 }).scores, 10, g);
// Large graph, local answer: the cost depends on epsilon, not on n.
topK(forwardPush(g, seedId, { epsilon: 1e-6 }).scores, 10, g);
backwardPush(g, targetId); // ppr_s(target) for every source s
// One entry of x without solving for all of x (requires strict row diagonal dominance).
estimateEntry(A, b, i, { walks: 20000 }); // { estimate, standardError }
Rules
dampingis the probability of following an edge. A restart probability α meansdamping = 1 - α.- Check
convergedandresidualbefore relying onx. The residual is recomputed from the returned vector. - Jacobi, Neumann and Gauss-Seidel need diagonal dominance. Conjugate gradient needs a symmetric positive definite matrix.
method: 'auto'picks between them. - A full solution vector costs time linear in nnz per iteration. Only
forwardPush,backwardPushandestimateEntryhave a cost independent of n. - The MCP
solveTrueSublineartool is approximate. Check itsverified_relative_residual, or usesolvewhen you need accuracy. - The consciousness, psycho-symbolic, emergence and temporal-lead MCP tools are experimental simulations, not solvers.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

sublinear-solver is a skill published in the GitHub repository ruvnet/sublinear-time-solver (92 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 96 tokens to every session and 644 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-06.
