Autonomous-EHS-Management: Skill for Claude Code

.github/skills/code-review/SKILL.md

code-review is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from SafetyMP/Autonomous-EHS-Management. It costs 52 tokens per session (272 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A code-review skill for an Environmental, Health, and Safety web console, where PostgreSQL stores the application's records. It checks pull requests for human approval, audit logs, permissions, secrets, and required verification checks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when reviewing changes to incidents, corrective actions, audits, database schema, API procedures, or continuous integration. It also checks for exposed secrets, personal data, and weakened tests or type checks.
Why use it?
It helps catch unsafe automation, such as AI closing incidents or audit findings without human approval, as well as fail-open access and claims that checks passed without command output.

This is SafetyMP/Autonomous-EHS-Management's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on Autonomous-EHS-Management itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00052 $0.00272
Opus 5.5 $0.00021 $0.00109
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00054
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00027

Security

Grade A, and why

code-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Copilot code review — Autonomous-EHS-Management

Use this skill when reviewing a pull request in this repository.

Review for a self-hosted EHS console. PostgreSQL is the system of record.

  • AI is proposal-only. Reject diffs that close incidents, CAPAs, or audit findings from model output.
  • Persist regulated changes through permission-gated mutations with audit logs.
  • Do not claim OSHA certification or official filings from in-app metrics.
  • Preferred verify: npm run verify or ./scripts/verify.sh.

Always flag

  • Secrets, .env values, private keys, or real personal data in the diff
  • Weakened or skipped verify / lint / typecheck / adversarial gates
  • Invented success (prose claiming a gate passed with no command output)
  • Fail-open authorization, skipped human approval, or agents recording --actor user

Never request

  • Drive-by major upgrades, formatter churn, or unrelated refactors
  • Softening honesty disclaimers or certification claims
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
