What is google-calendar?

A command-line tool for managing Google Calendar, the online calendar service from Google. It requires a Google Workspace account, not a personal Gmail account.

Listing calendars and events, viewing event details, creating, updating, or deleting events, finding free time, and handling meeting invitations.

It lets you inspect and change calendar information from commands without switching to the Calendar website.

Google Calendar

Lightweight Google Calendar integration with standalone OAuth authentication. No MCP server required.

⚠️ Requires Google Workspace account. Personal Gmail accounts are not supported.

First-Time Setup

Authenticate with Google (opens browser):
