Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00061 | $0.00532 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00024 | $0.00213 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00106 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00053 |
Grade A, and why
sv-topical-authority scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
SV Topical Authority: topical-authority
MCP tool: topical-authority · Mode: synchronous
API reference: Topical Authority
When to use this
Use once keyword research is done and it is time to plan a cluster of interlinked articles that build authority on a subject, rather than a single one-off piece. To write the articles themselves use sv-prose.
Parameters
| Parameter | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
keyword |
yes | 4 to 300 characters. |
topicmode |
no | seo (find SEO topics) or geo (find GEO topics). |
topicsize |
no | How many topics: 0 = 10, 1 = 20, 2 = 30. |
web |
no | Website URL, max 300 characters. url is a fallback. |
brand |
no | Max 60 characters. |
brandpersona |
no | Max 2000 characters. |
language |
no | 0 to 39. 0 = US English. |
Example call
{ "keyword": "white label seo", "topicmode": "seo", "topicsize": 1, "web": "https://example.com", "brand": "Acme SEO" }
Result
A list of suggested article topics. In seo mode it also includes related subtopic ideas. The fields differ between seo and geo modes, so parse defensively.
Chaining
sv-better-keywords → sv-topical-authority → sv-prose (once per planned topic) is the standard content-cluster pipeline. Follow with sv-seo-mapping to turn the plan into a page map.
Gotchas
- The output is a plan, not content. Each topic still needs its own
sv-prosecall, and each of those is a separately charged task. - Do not assume the same fields in
geomode as inseomode.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

sv-topical-authority is a skill published in the GitHub repository seovendorco/sv-mcp-skills (2 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 61 tokens to every session and 532 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-16.
