Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
pinn-phase-neural-integrator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 340 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
PINN-Phase Neural Time Integration
Description
This skill covers PINN-Phase-style neural time integration of curvature-driven multiphase-field evolution. A recurrent field model advances a discrete phase-field state autonomously from an initial condition. It is trained only on the physical residual of the discrete operator evaluated on its own predicted trajectory, with hard admissibility (bounds and unit sum) enforced in the state update.
The skill covers:
- the discrete operator and the bounded increment map;
- label-free trajectory training with truncated BPTT;
- permutation-equivariant grain handling;
- long-horizon rollout and error accumulation;
- extinction and topology changes;
- the difference between horizon extrapolation and initial-condition generalization;
- frozen-checkpoint prospective evaluation in 2D and 3D;
- fair runtime reporting and checkpoint provenance.
Invoke this skill when building, reproducing, or auditing such an integrator. It is based on a 2026 arXiv preprint.
Domain Context
Evidence status. PINN-Phase (Elfetni, Thinius, Seeberger & Tyrikos-Ergas, arXiv:2608.29413, v2 October 2026) is a preprint and has not been peer reviewed. All numbers below are attributed to it and are scoped to its benchmark families. The repository README's citation block omits the second author (S. Thinius); cite the arXiv author list.
Equation. The preprint integrates a projected multi-channel Allen–Cahn operator. This is the equal-parameter, isotropic member of the constrained multiphase Allen–Cahn family:
R(φ) = μσ · P_N[ ∇²φ − W′(φ)/η² ], W(φ) = φ²(1 − φ)² applied componentwise.
- P_N subtracts the phase mean, so the rate sums to zero.
- The Laplacian is the second-order central-difference stencil with periodic indexing, so validation is against direct integration of the same discrete operator.
- This is a different discrete model from the Steinbach-type obstacle-potential MPF used by PINNs-MPF. The two are not interchangeable references.
- The preprint's scalar benchmarks use a separate double-obstacle-type Allen–Cahn form with a bound-aware rate map, which is not the N = 1 limit of the multiphase operator.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pinn-phase-neural-integrator is a skill published in the GitHub repository SFETNI/Deep-Matter-Chem-Skills (8 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 7 tokens to every session and 6,372 once invoked, about $0.0000 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-12.
