What is thermo-nuclear-code-quality-review?

A strict code-review workflow focused on whether changes are understandable, maintainable, and properly tested. A diff is the set of changes between two versions of code, while a PR is a proposed change for review.

It is for reviewing diffs, pull requests, commits, wrappers, abstractions, spaghetti code, giant files, and tests.

It helps identify tangled code, oversized files, unnecessary wrappers or abstractions, and weak tests before they become maintenance problems.
