These are SkillSpector’s own severities. On a checked sample its high-severity flags on skills were ~96% false positives — a documented command, a public API, a “never do X” rule — so we show them as a caution to read, not a verdict. Why →

  • high Anti-Refusal · line 218
Skill instructs the agent to omit warnings, disclaimers, or ethical commentary. Stripping safety caveats hides risk from the user and is a common jailbreak preamble.
Fix: Remove instructions that suppress warnings, disclaimers, or ethical commentary. Let the agent surface safety-relevant caveats to the user.
  • medium Excessive Agency · line 235
Skill enables autonomous high-impact decisions without human-in-the-loop verification. Critical operations (destructive commands, financial transactions, data deletion) should require explicit user confirmation.
Fix: Add human-in-the-loop confirmation for destructive, irreversible, or high-impact operations. Never auto-execute commands that modify files, send data, or alter system state.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00127 $0.07200
Opus 5 $0.00063 $0.03600
Sonnet 5 $0.00025 $0.01440

Security

Grade A, and why

israeli-privacy-shield scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/compliance_checker.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Israeli Privacy Shield

This is a free information tool operated by an AI model. It explains the law and the procedure and helps you organise your own documents. All of its outputs are produced automatically by an AI model, with no involvement, review, or approval by an advocate. The output is not legal advice and not a legal opinion, but a general explanation and a template only: it does not read the full file of your matter, does not check current case law, and does not examine your specific circumstances. An AI model may err, omit data, or present a wrong conclusion.

Any text this tool drafts is an automatic draft for your personal preparation only. It is not a document prepared by an advocate and must not be relied on as evidence. This tool is not a substitute for advice that takes account of the particular circumstances and needs of each person. Before starting proceedings, signing a document, or filing with an authority or a court, consult an advocate. All use of its output is the user's sole responsibility.

Critical Note

This skill provides compliance GUIDANCE. It does not replace legal counsel. Recommend consulting a privacy attorney (orech din specializing in prati'ut) for specific compliance decisions.

Instructions

Step 1: Assess Security Level

The 2017 regulations define three security levels:

Level Criteria Key Requirements
Basic < 10,000 records, non-sensitive Access controls, logging, backup
Medium 10,000+ records OR sensitive data + Encryption, security officer appointment
High Government, health, financial, 100K+ records, or authorized access for 100+ people + Incident response plan, DPO, plus a security risk assessment and a penetration test at least once every 18 months with documented findings and remediation

Sensitive data includes: especially-sensitive data. Do not work from the old section 7 list. Amendment 13 replaced "sensitive data" with the defined term "מידע בעל רגישות מיוחדת", and its schedule is WIDER than the pre-Amendment health/genetics/sexual-orientation/political-views/criminal-record list this skill used to print. The current list is not carried in this skill: read the definition in the amended Law before answering yes or no, because that single flag drives both the security level and the 100,000-record notification duty, so getting it wrong under-implements twice.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
