Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00192 | $0.04070 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00077 | $0.01628 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00038 | $0.00814 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00019 | $0.00407 |
Grade A, and why
benchmark-add-new-fixture scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 27d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 228 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Benchmark Add New Fixture
Instructions
Drive a new benchmark fixture from an empty or existing fixtures/<name>/ tree through a complete, scoreable setup: SARIF-backed ground truth, Snyk parser alignment, eval tasks, and verification. The outcome is that pnpm run benchmark (once the rest of the task matrix loads) can run find-vulns and fix-vulns against the fixture and snyk-code command configs produce findings that match ground truth types.
Principles (read before executing):
- VulnBench 1.0 ground truth lives in
fixtures/<fixture-name>/findings.json. VulnBench 2.0 attacker-reachable ground truth lives infindings-attacker-reachable.jsonand is selected by task metadata ("groundTruth": "attacker-reachable"). Both stay outsideproject/, where the sandbox prevents the agent from reading them. Seedocs/benchmark-management.mdanddocs/benchmark.md. - Every fixture root also contains
fixture.json, outsideproject/. It is the project-level metadata and provenance manifest; keep vulnerability types, code flows, payloads, and answer-key details in the findings files instead. - Find-vulns scoring matches findings to known vulns by
VulnTypeonly, in a greedy order: iterate parsed findings in array order; each finding consumes the first unmatched ground-truth row with the sametype. Thereforevulnerabilities[]order should mirrorsnyk code testresults[]order whenever multiple rows share a type (e.g. twohardcoded-credentials, twootheror two of any same type). - Snyk maps SARIF
results[].ruleId(e.g.javascript/TooPermissiveCorsHeader) to benchmarktypeviamapRuleId()insrc/parsers/snyk-code.ts. Driver metadata inruns[0].tool.driver.rules(id,name,shortDescription.text,properties.cwe) names the vulnerability class — use it to pick or addVulnTypestrings and regex patterns.
Read docs/benchmark-management.md (Adding a New Eval Task, Ground-Truth JSON, Updating When You Add a New Vulnerability Type, Maintaining Snyk Code ruleId mappings) and docs/benchmark.md (Command configs and Snyk Code, How Vuln Type Matching Works) before editing if you are unsure of field shapes or scoring behavior.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

benchmark-add-new-fixture is a skill published in the GitHub repository snyk-labs/snyk-vulnbench (4 stars, last pushed 14d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 192 tokens to every session and 4,070 once invoked, about $0.0008 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
